Subversion repository online

The OpenUDDI Subversion repository is finally online. The repository is located at https://svn.softwareborsen.dk/openuddi/uddi/, and can be accessed anonymously.

The repository contains the OpenUDDI client, OpenUDDI server, the original Novell UDDI browser, and performance tests.

OpenUDDI 0.9.7

We have just released OpenUDDI server 0.9.7. This is mainly a maintenance release with bug and performance fixes.

Changelog:

  • Tuned category bag heuristics
  • Improved Hibernate performance
  • Always replace Hibernate properties in installer
  • Schedule authToken expiration thread periodically
  • Configure log4j logging correctly. Default seems to be that isTraceEnabled() returns true while trace() does nothing.

New OpenUDDI site

Welcome to the new OpenUDDI project site. Up until now, OpenUDDI has been hosted at Softwarebørsen, the Danish government’s open source site. However, the site was only in Danish, and OpenUDDI has attracted interest from other countries, so now we have a project site which is targeted at a wider audience.

At the moment, the source code is still hosted internally at Trifork, but we expect it to be moved to SourceForge soon. Meanwhile, the source can be downloaded from SourceForge by following the Download link in the menu.
